National Guard Recruiting
 "Hi, I'm MAJ Scott L. North, the
Western
Area Recruiting Commander. I am a Punxsutawney native and have
my office located at the Punxsutawney Armory. My area of
responsibility is all of Western Pennsylvania's Army National Guard
recruiting stations.
I'm
a Field Artillery officer by Branch Qualification, but have a wide
variety of experience including Assistant Professor of Military
Science at Indiana University of PA ROTC Program, Battery Commander
and Officer Procurement Manager. I also served in Bosnia as a Fire
Support Officer. I
place a lot of confidence in the Recruiting & Retention NCO's
that work for me and you should as well. I demand utmost integrity
and professionalism in all activities from those under my command. I
can assure you that you will be treated well by the Recruiting &
Retention NCO's of Team Mount Pleasant. I
encourage you to contact your local Army National Guard
representative to begin or resume your military career with the oldest
and finest branch of the United States military - the Army National
Guard.
